Cancel Subscription

Note: Only your organization's Administrator can perform this action.

If you've decided to cancel your Minotaur subscription, here's how. But before you go, we'd love to help you find a better solution.

Before You Cancel

We recommend reaching out to your Minotaur sales advisor before cancelling. They might be able to offer a plan that better fits your current needs.

Steps

  1. Click on Administration in the left-side menu.
  2. Select Manage Organization.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription.
  5. Confirm the action when prompted.

Your active plan will be cancelled.

Warning: Cancelling your subscription may result in loss of access to the platform and your data. Make sure to export any reports or data you need before proceeding.
